Faithless announce UK/EU tour
Faithless have announced an extensive UK and European tour for later this year.
Named after their upcoming eighth album, the Champion Sound tour will bring the iconic English electronic group back to cities like Manchester, Newcastle, and more for the first time in nearly ten years. The tour, featuring a full band, will span 21 dates, starting in Edinburgh on November 1st and concluding in Copenhagen on December 14.
Earlier this summer, Faithless released a new single, Find A Way, featuring Suli Breaks, from their upcoming eighth album.
“We’re thrilled to announce our full European tour for later this year,” the band wrote on Instagram. “We can’t wait to dance with as many of you as possible.”
In an interview with DJ Mag earlier this year, founding member Sister Bliss spoke about the challenges of performing without Maxi Jazz. “Obviously [Maxi] won’t be there with us, but he’ll be there in spirit, and so the whole thing is a very new and different thing for us. I really hope people are going to get stuck in and dance, and really lose themselves in the music, because that’s what people have always done at a Faithless gig.”
