Pentagon Quietly Deletes Testosterone Testing Policy Before Anyone Thinks To Apply It To The 80-Year-Old Enforcing It

The Pentagon published mandatory testosterone testing guidelines for all military men aged 30 and older on Wednesday, describing healthy hormone levels as a “critical biological marker for Warfighter readiness.” The document was removed from the Defence Department website less than 24 hours later. Officials said it needed updating. They did not say which parts.

The policy, announced by Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth in July, forms part of a sweeping overhaul of military fitness standards designed to project strength, masculinity and physical dominance — values the administration has championed under the leadership of a president who is 80 years old, clinically overweight, takes high-dose aspirin against medical advice, and whose own physicians’ report notes he has gained 14 pounds in the past 13 months.

Trump, who aced his cognitive test, has confirmed he is in perfect health. His cardiac age, according to an AI-enhanced electrocardiogram the White House chose to include in its medical report, is approximately 14 years younger than his actual age, making him effectively 66, which is still above the testing threshold of 30, though the White House has not addressed this point directly.

Hegseth, meanwhile, has mandated stricter grooming standards, higher fitness requirements, waist-to-height ratio submissions for Air Force personnel, and a return to what he calls “the highest male standard.” Active-duty troops found to have low testosterone will be offered hormone replacement therapy.

The Commander-in-Chief, who would not be subject to the policy as he is not technically in the military, would not be tested.
