Tresor’s history captured in new book
One of Berlin’s legendary techno clubs Tresor has been captured in a new archival book, Tresor: True Stories, which illustrates a story that intersects with the most important social and musical trend in the modern history of Berlin.
In celebration of the club’s 31st anniversary, the limited edition book explores Tresor’s early years through over 400 rare photographs, flyers, stories and interviews with Jeff Mills, Electric Indigo and Mark Reeder.
It also features personal accounts by Carola Stoiber, who managed Tresor Records and A&Red Underground Resistance’s “X – 101,” and the late Regina Baer, co-founder of the Kraftwerk and Tresor, which she managed from 1991 until 2005.
