INF has built its reputation on transformability — garments that shift with the wearer, offering multiple lives in a single piece. The brand’s ethos of adaptability and cultural reinterpretation has earned it global recognition, not only for its bold experimentation but also for its commitment to sustainability through recycled materials and reduced waste.

For SSS26, the label unveiled a collection steeped in the spirit of the 1980s, but filtered through its own contemporary lens. Rather than rehashing the decade’s clichés, INF channeled the era’s energy – a time when no single trend dominated, when individuality reigned and expression took fearless form.

Multifunctional garments embodied the brand’s philosophy, designed to be worn in multiple ways to encourage both sustainability and self-expression.

Visually, the collection drew heavily on the Memphis design movement, its bold geometric motifs and optical illusions woven into three original prints. These patterns vibrated with nostalgic references to interiors, architecture, and arcade games of the designer’s youth, but were reimagined for a future-facing world.

The result was a nostalgic-yet-modern play of textures, colors, and forms, where each look carried echoes of a past era while speaking directly to the now. Opposites in pattern and tailoring were paired together, combining textures, volumes and silhouettes. Sportier jackets were offset by high heels and chunky ankle boots, and cropped, off-shoulder tops added an edge to bold-lined trousers.

More than an homage, SS26 felt like a dialogue between decades – between the memory of the 1980s and the present moment’s need for adaptability, fluid identity, and conscious design.
