The Roundhouse is launching a new creative space amongst the venue’s campus, with a capacity of 15,000.
Roundhouse Works is due to open in spring 2023, with the goal of catering to creatives between 11 and 30 years old looking to explore and develop creative talents in a variety of industries. The new venue will consist of a studio space featuring rehearsal rooms, podcast booths and access to industry standard equipment. Catered mentorship programmes and expert led workshops are also on offer, and members will receive one-to-one private mentoring.
The creative hub also pledges to aid those hit by the current cost of living crisis, many of whom face unemployment where one in three under 25s account for jobs lost. Roundhouse will offer “financial and pastoral assistance” in the face of the ongoing crisis.
