Nightwave releases new EP on Optimo music

Nightwave will release a new EP on December 16 via Glasgow label Optimo Music, set up by the legendary DJ duo.

“Prince Of Flowers is a part of my continuous exploration of tying together electronic production and club culture with my work and study with plant medicines and traditions of the Amazon rainforest,” she said.

“For the last few years I’ve tried to merge the energies, joy and melodies of the two worlds together and see where it takes me. Turns out it all comes from the same place and I’m so excited to share it with you on a label so very special to me.”

Prince of Flowers expertly buzzes with an acid-electro mysticism blended over jacking beats. It’s an exciting release that makes for a perfect end-of-the-year discovery.
