Introducing: The Daydream Club
Record Store Day is on 16th April- that’s just a month away, so start saving your pennies. To set the ambience for this annual occasion, we think you should listen to the incredibly moreish ‘The Record Shop’ by The Daydream Club. It’s a really pretty song which they happen to be releasing as a single on Record Store Day itself, so that is really what we’re going to spend our dolla’ on. You better be keeping your eye on this musical duo, comprising of dancer-turned-singer Paula Walker and brooding musician Adam Pickering- just months within meeting they set up their own label Poco Poco Records and have since been featured on BBC Introducing. Gosh, their music is exquisite. Have a look at what we’re talking about below, and Christ Alive if you want to keep independent music stores afloat go out and buy ‘The Record Shop’ from one of them this April.

27th March @ Bag o’ Nails, Nottingham
