Introducing: SAF

If you need an indication of the kind of music Parisian three-piece SAF make, there’s a track on their new Nailstorm EP called “Don’t Fuckin’ Touch Me”. Punk is certainly a big influence.

But that’s not all. The band cite Sonic Youth and PJ Harvey as key influences to their sound, which is apt considering they sit somewhere between the two (if that’s even possible). They channel the aggression of the former but employ the lyrical flair of the latter. It’s something very different to what you’d usually hear, but we really like it.
