Faithless announce Manchester open-air show
Faithless have announced a major open-air concert in Manchester this summer, set to take place at the historic Barton Aerodrome.
The iconic English dance outfit will perform a live evening show on Friday 3 July, marking one of the first events in the venue’s new four-day summer concert series. Special guests are expected to be announced at a later date.
The Manchester date joins two other previously revealed Faithless performances scheduled for summer 2026 as part of the Heritage Live Festivals series: Englefield Estate near Reading on 23 July and Audley End Estate in Saffron Walden on 9 August.
Faithless continue to perform following the death of founding member and vocalist Maxi Jazz, who passed away in December 2022 aged 65. In tribute, producers Sister Bliss and Rollo released I’m Not Alone (Rest Well Maxwell) in August 2024, while Jazz’s final vocal recording appears on the 2025 track Forever Free.
Last November, the band also marked the 30th anniversary of their landmark track Insomnia with a digital EP featuring new mixes, a picture disc pressing, and a fresh remix from Disclosure.
Tickets are on sale now.
