Cruella Braverman misplaces memos on basic decency
It would seem once again that despite the irony of having lived and studied in France, Suella Braverman has decided to discard any and all memo reminders of the global principles of geography and humanity.
These memos contain straightforward information such as, refugees and victims of war (that the UK is often responsible for funding or instigating) are not criminals, and, give a shit about people which is actually part of your job.
There is also a bitesize history of Rwanda’s remorseless human rights record, and how standing up to racism isn’t about tofu or the woke brigade, but history and responsibility.
A media briefing also explains how not to appear catastrophically deplorable in public, as well as a list of conversation starters that won’t make people recoil in horror and disgust.
Alas it would seem that instead of reading any of these memos in full, Braverman has simply highlighted all of the buzzwords she should not use, gleaning over everything and highlighting them as words of interest that have since shaped the foundation of all her policies.
And no matter how many times she is briefed, or presented with a dictionary, the concept of ‘compassion’ appears to be utterly incomprehensible.
Perhaps she’ll understand what it means if it’s explained to her in French.
