Gorillaz are set to revive their immersive House of Kong exhibition next year, taking the large-scale audio-visual installation to Los Angeles following its acclaimed debut in London.

The experience will run daily from 10am to 10pm between 26 February and 19 March 2026 at Rolling Greens in Downtown LA.

Developed by artist and creative director Stephen Gallagher and his studio SWEAR, the project was created in close collaboration with Jamie Hewlett, Damon Albarn, and Eleven Management. First unveiled in London to mark the animated band’s 25th anniversary, House of Kong blends sound, sculpture, and surreal world-building in a way that expands the Gorillaz universe rather than simply celebrating its past.

Gallagher described the exhibition as “an audio-visual artwork… a glance backwards in order to identify the path ahead,” adding that eight years working within the Gorillaz orbit had been life-changing. “This is no ordinary exhibition because in the world of Gorillaz, nothing is ever quite as it seems,” he said.

Visitors to the LA edition will also gain exclusive pre-sale access to two intimate Gorillaz shows at the Hollywood Palladium on 22 and 23 February. Damon Albarn and the live band will perform the group’s upcoming album The Mountain in full, joined by special guests. The set is expected to feature recent singles including “The Manifesto” (with Trueno and Proof), “The Mountain” (with Sparks), and “The God of Lying” (featuring IDLES).
