Placed in the middle of a small village at the center of the country, Villa Sungai in Bali is an unexpected treasure. No Bali beaches you say? You won’t even miss them. Villa Sungai aims to provide an at-home villa style whilst still catering for you every need.
Sungai houses two villas: Sungai Gold and Villa Sungai. We stayed in the later and were able to spend the time taking time away from any stress (the most stressful thing you’ll do is pick delicious food from the menu). Serious unwinding comes in the form of outdoor showers, full body massages (in the villas own spa room), fluffy day beds and frangipani filled outdoor baths.
